Courtesy Over The Phone
The person on the other end of the telephone can feel the courtesy you show over the phone. Treat the callers no matter whom so ever with courtesy. They are also a Guest who impersonally visits our home. They are not intruders. Carry the conversation courteously; this will make you feel respected.
