Work Ethics Pays
How would you feel if you were appreciated for your accountability at work and you become a sort of role model at your work place? Yes, it does pay to practice basic work ethics. I have maintained my work schedule well before deadline and never compromised on performance. The moment when I was awarded the best Employee of the year is the most prestigious moment in my life.
